Naturalita PNW Retreat
**This retreat is in the past, but if you are interested in learning more about upcoming “Playcations” please contact me here.**
Join together with other women on a mini playcation in the Pacific Northwest (PNW), October 13-16, 2016.
If you love to travel, get outside (and balance that with staying cozy inside), explore new places, or are just looking for a little time to get away from your daily routine and meet some new people, I invite you to come to Washington and enjoy a wellness-focused retreat (aka “playcation”) to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with yourself and others.
This Naturalita retreat is for you if you desire to:
Connect with other kindred spirits (and myself) and spend the weekend relaxing, exploring, enjoying nature, hiking, nourishing your body with healthy food and forming new friendships.
Relax and stay in a gorgeous eco-chic boutique style cabin in the Washington woods. Start your morning enjoying views of the pristine water and green trees while sipping coffee or tea on the deck of our darling modern retreat cabin.
Spend a day hiking in the Olympic National Forest while connecting with nature. We will also spend time relaxing and possibly touring around one of my favorite little Washington towns (schedule pending).
Take time to reflect on your desires, dreams and what brings you joy. Create an inspired life action list and focus on your own personal (or ideal) healthy life foundation. Experience and strike a balance between internal reflection and external exploration.(I promise, I will make it fun and not awkward.)
Included in your Naturalita PNW Retreat:
- Three nights shared accommodations at our eco-chic cabin for up to 7 women
- Hiking in the gorgeous Olympic National Forest (for all levels)
- Healthy, nourishing meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch and dinner – with the exception of 1-2 meals away from the cabin)

PNW Water Views
The cabin location will be sent to you before the start of the retreat. It’s about a 2-hour drive from the Seattle International Airport and downtown Seattle. It’s a GORGEOUS drive over the beautiful Hood Canal, which is part of your journey to the retreat cabin.
There are many ways to get to the cabin, so once your registration is confirmed, I can share more options (rental car, airport transport, ferry, light rail) and help you connect with others that might be traveling in the same direction. It’s in a remote place, so there is not public transportation directly to the cabin.
Arrival and Departure Times
Welcoming Reception: Our retreat will start on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 5:00 pm. If you are flying in, please plan to arrive with enough time to get into town and arrive at the cabin.
Closing Reflection: The retreat will end on Sunday, October 16th at 10:00 am. We will have some planned activities in the morning to reflect, reconnect and prepare you for your journey home. If you’re flying out of Seattle, plan for a late afternoon or evening departure.
If you want to extend your stay in Washington, there are a variety of things to do on the Kitsap Peninsula and the downtown Seattle. You could even take a day trip to Victoria, Canada. I can definitely recommend some of my favorite places to visit.
What to Bring
I will send you a list of what to bring once you’re registered for the retreat.
FYI: This will be an active retreat and we will be in the Pacific Northwest in the Fall. I always recommend layers when visiting Washington, a raincoat, comfortable walking/hiking shoes and comfy clothes to hang out in at the cabin. Nothing fancy is needed, it’s not a fashion show. Since we will be hiking and moving our bodies, comfortable workout clothing is also recommended. More details upon registration.
Food Allergies/Special Dietary Needs
Once registered, please send me a note if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs. Most food served at the cabin will be gluten free and special requests can be accommodated with advance notice.
We will be hiking on this retreat; however, we will not be doing anything too crazy. Depending on the weather, I have a couple of hikes (with gorgeous views) in mind that are located close to the retreat cabin. The hike will be guided. The hike is optional but highly recommended, so if you decide not to go on a hike, you will have the option to stay back at the cabin and relax.
Workouts at the cabin will be for people at all levels of fitness. If you have concerns or hesitations, please let me know. These are also optional.
I’m IN, now what?
To register, please click here or on one of the purple “buttons above” to contact me via email (contact form). Once an email is sent, please look for an email from Nicole (me) within 1 business day. An email will be sent to you with payment details.
In my personal email to you, I will share more details, what to bring and a little questionnaire for you to complete so I can get to know more about you before you arrive.
A note from your hostess, Nicole:
It’s been a dream of mine to host small intimate retreats throughout the world to guide women and see them connect, explore, open their hearts and form new friendships. I’ve attended many types of retreats around the world and I’m beyond excited to host one here in the Pacific Northwest.
Whether you love to travel or have never traveled anywhere, I invite you to take this opportunity to follow your heart and intuition and join me and some new friends on this little Naturalita Pacific Northwest Playcation.
My goal is to help other women fall in love with nature, traveling and connecting with new people, whether it be in their own backyard or across the world. I’ve traveled to many locations around the world solo and with friends; traveling and connecting with others has provided me with so much joy, many life learning experiences and love for the world.
I believe that connecting with others in an intimate and open space helps us learn more about ourselves. Surrounded by nature in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, you will have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women, disconnect from your daily life and reconnect with yourself while seeing new sights, experiencing new adventures, eating healthy food and nourishing your body. I would love to have you join us!
